We’re bringing together the best food and beverage artisans the Matakana and surrounding areas have to offer as we host 3000 food, wine and beer lovers on the waters edge of the Omaha Estuary. They're coming to taste the delights of our region as a premier food and wine destination. So join us on Sunday 6th October for the Oyster Festival Matakana to market your business before the start of the peak tourism season to this targeted audience.

A cashless system must be used as a condition of the events license. *
This will incur a cost of 5% commission of all sales. You will not need to bring a cash float or EFTPOS machines.
How many payment scanners do you require? *
The cashless system company will provide all stall holders with training and scanners.
Do you intend on selling alcohol? *
If YES an additional $150 +gst is applicable. The festival will attain one special liquor license on behalf of all stallholders selling alcohol onsite, the fee above is to cover the expense of gaining that license and the responsibility it holds.
Do you need the furniture allocated to your stall?
Market Stall - 1 x trestle table, Kiosk - 1 x trestle table, Pop Up 2 trestle tables Please note if you state note your stall will be empty and you must bring all furniture yourself.
Does your site need power? *
If YES an additional $40 is applicable.

By submitting this stallholders application for a stall at the Oyster Festival Matakana 2019, you agree to the following terms and conditions. *
Matakana Oyster Festival Limited, associated contractors or sub-contractors shall not be held accountable or liable for any damages, loss, injury or harm to the Stallholders, stock, equipment, staff or contractors. Stallholders are encouraged to obtain their own insurance. Matakana Oyster Festival Limited are not responsible or liable for any losses suffered by the Stallholder through cancellation or other circumstances. All regulations regarding the Sale of Liquor, Food Safety, Event Alcohol Management Plan and Healthy & Safety standards must be adhered to at the Stallholders expense. All licenses and certificates must be clearly displayed. Stallholders fees are payable before 2nd August and are non-refundable or transferable. All Stallholders must be ready for custom by 9am Sunday 6th October. Matakana Oyster Festival Limited have the right to change the festival date and location if required. Alcohol is to be served in event glasses only at the standard sizes of 50ml, 120ml or 150ml. Matakana Oyster Festival Limited reserve the right to refuse a Stallholder to exhibit or entry and may restrict the items an Stallholder sells.
